Key Duties and Responsibilities Assist skilled tradespeople with residential construction and renovation projects. Load, unload, move, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment. Prepare and clean construction work areas before, during, and after work. Assist carpenters with measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing construction materials.
