About the Role
As an Early Years Assistant, you will:
- Support the daily care and supervision of children within the nursery
- Assist with fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Support children’s learning, play, and development
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards throughout the nursery
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and team members
- Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for working with children
- A positive, caring, and reliable attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Previous nursery or childcare experience is desirable but not essential
- Willingness to learn and develop within an early years setting
- Early Years qualification or interest in training/apprenticeships welcomed
