European LifeCare Group (ELCG) is a leading provider of vaccination clinics and on-site vaccination programmes across Europe. We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded HR Manager to lead our HR operations across the Danish and Swedish marked.

About the Role
As a member of the country management team and reporting to the Group CHRO, you will be driving local HR activities that support business performance, employee engagement, and operational excellence in close corporation with senior leadership.
The role also has European responsibility for a HR key process for the company which gives you the opportunity to work with stakeholders across our markets and drive business critical improvements e.g. leadership development in all countries.
Key Responsibilities
Provide tactical and hands-on support to managers across the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—including employee engagement, HR policies, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, contributing to a culture of growth, and high performance.
Lead, coach, and inspire HR colleagues, fostering trust, ownership, and professional development. You will have a small HR team reporting to you.
HR process ownership for ELCG on one of our key areas across all our countries in Europe
Implement group-level HR initiatives at a local level, including concepts within engagement, learning & development, talent acquisition, systems, performance management, and onboarding.
Ensure legal compliance and uphold best practices in employment law and internal policies.

You are a seasoned HR leader with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
You are a natural collaborator building strong relationships across departments and with key stakeholders.
You bring experience leading HR operations.
You hold a master’s degree, with strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
You’re a self-starter with a flexible mindset and a solution-oriented approach to challenges and change.
Your leadership style is approachable and people-focused, with a strong sense of accountability and a desire to drive meaningful impact.
