At Pinc, we are creating transformative educational opportunities for neurodivergent young people across the UK. We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to become a trusted partner to our Executive Leadership Team and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of our organisation.
About Pinc
Pinc is an Independent Specialist College offering an inspiring and impactful approach to education and pathways into employment for neurodivergent young people, aged 16-24 years. Through creative study programmes based in galleries, museums and cultural venues across England and Wales, we help students develop confidence, skills and pathways into further education, higher education and meaningful careers.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Executive Leadership Team across a growing national organisation. Combining executive support, project coordination and stakeholder management, you will ensure priorities are effectively managed, strategic initiatives remain on track, and senior leaders have the information and support they need to make informed decisions. Working across multiple teams and functions, you will help drive organisational effectiveness through excellent planning, communication and continuous improvement, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality and attention to detail.
