Space 8 Recruitment are seeking a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our Client's thriving business in Kenilworth (office-based). The Role:
- Act as the first person on reception duties, including answering phones and welcoming clients in reception.
- Log records in and out accurately.
- Open and distribute incoming post.
- Frank outgoing post.
- Carry out scanning and document handling tasks.
- Support with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
- Upload accounts to OpenSpace.
- Assist with invoices.
- Manage stationery orders.

- Previous reception or administration experience in an office is essential.
