Reporting to our People and Data Manager within the People Operations team, the Payroll & Data Coordinator is responsible for assisting and supporting with all payroll and data requirements to ensure the payroll can be processed and the People team provide timely and relevant data. This role is an integral part of the team, ensuring that iQers are paid correctly and on time, every time. Key to this role is an exceptional eye for detail, strong analytical capability and an innovative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management and preparation of the end-to-end UK Payroll process
  • Produce month end reporting for key stakeholders
  • Processing of payrolled benefits 
  • Manage auto-enrolment processes
  • Submit pension data monthly to our pension provider 
  • Own and maintain our Standard Operating Procedures
  • Payroll year end tasks
  • Support the data and information required for our reward recognition and benefits platform
  • Assist with payroll system upgrades and testing
  • Support with ad-hoc payroll, benefits, reward and People team projects

 
Skills and Experience:

  • Expertise of UK payroll processes (minimum 2 years desirable but not essential)
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Possesses very strong attention to detail and methodical in approach.
  • Experience in reporting payroll and benefit data for internal budgeting and reporting purposes.
  • Analytical experience with People data and displaying this in a presentable format
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks and priorities, prioritising as needed to achieve deadlines.

Desirable:

  • Previous use of iTrent
  • Previous experience of managing/administrating benefit, reward or recognition platforms
  • CIPP Qualification (or studying towards)
