*About the Role*

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven *Sales Account Manager* to join our growing sales team. You will play a key role in developing new business opportunities and managing existing client accounts within the IT channel, including resellers, distributors, and systems integrators.

This is a fast-paced, target-driven role suited to someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and working in the dynamic IT hardware market.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Generate new business through outbound telesales activity (cold calling, lead follow-up, prospecting)
* Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B accounts across the UK and international markets
* Sell a wide range of IT hardware including servers, storage, networking equipment, and components
* Source and quote both current and end-of-life (EOL) hardware solutions for clients
* Build strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships
* Negotiate pricing and close sales to achieve and exceed monthly targets
* Work closely with procurement and pre-sales teams to source products quickly and efficiently
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline within CRM systems

*Requirements*

* Previous experience in telesales, account management, or IT hardware sales
* Strong understanding of IT infrastructure products (servers, storage, networking) or willingness to learn
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, global trading environment

*Desirable*

* Experience selling into IT resellers, VARs, or system integrators
* Knowledge of sourcing hard-to-find or legacy IT hardware
* Familiarity with international sales or export markets
