About the Role
As an Early Years Assistant, you will:
Support the daily care and supervision of children within the nursery
Assist with fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
Help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
Support children’s learning, play, and development
Work closely with colleagues to maintain high standards throughout the nursery
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and team members
Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times
What We’re Looking For
A genuine passion for working with children
A positive, caring, and reliable attitude
Good communication and teamwork skills
Previous nursery or childcare experience is desirable but not essential
Willingness to learn and develop within an early years setting
Early Years qualification or interest in training/apprenticeships welcomed
