As Office Administrator, you will report to the Office and H&S Manager and be responsible for general administration. You will also assist in coordinating the shipping & servicing process arranging collections & deliveries for customers and suppliers, as well as invoicing and collecting payments.
Please note that this is a Fixed Term Contract from Thursday 24th September and is expected to last for 8 weeks).
Main Duties:
Responsible for Servicing process ensuring all day-to-day duties are carried out,
Responsible for IPR process ensuring day-to-day duties are carried out,
Responsible for Shipping process ensuring day-to-day duties are carried out,
Ensuring paperwork is produced in line with individual shipment/destination/customer requirements,
Ensuring that shipments requiring licenses are shipped correctly, while maintaining & updating the Export Log accurately,
