Air Import Operator A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Air Import Operator to join a well-established freight forwarding company based in the Staines area. You will join a busy import operations team, managing general freight shipments and ensuring all import documentation, customs requirements and customer expectations are handled accurately and efficiently. Duties & Responsibilities of an Air Import Operator Coordinate Air Import shipments from arrival through to final delivery. Complete and process customs import entries accurately and in line with company procedures. Handle Dangerous Goods shipments in accordance with IATA regulations. Liaise with airlines, handling agents, customers, overseas offices and transport providers. Prepare and check import documentation, including MAWBs, HAWBs, customs paperwork and arrival documentation .
