The Training Manager should be able to provide effective leadership for the delivery and management of all Continuing Airworthiness training activities from the TTF. The Training Cell Junior Supervisor is responsible for the design and implementation of competency tool sets that both identify training requirements and record completed training. They will also have an in depth working knowledge of both On/Off aircraft and workshop competency profiles at all levels of seniority.
