Main Duties: Provide manufacturing feedback to the Design team on all new designs Monitor all prototype jobs through the department ensuring all relevant feedback is given promptly and process information is recorded Work with the Quality department to ensure all requirements are met for all projects Assist the Quality department in dealing with all NCR’s Providing estimated timings for all prototype jobs through the Schedule Request process Monitor departmental KPI’s, be proactive in their development and react to data provided Oversee consumable purchasing for the departments Ensure correct stock levels for parts with stock held in the department within ERP system Ensure that all Works Orders are managed effectively, liaising with the Stores Manager to manage priorities of components feeding the departments Identify opportunities for process improvement, coaching and guiding relevant staff to deliver ongoing continual improvement Manage preventative...
