Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Business Change and Transformation Manager. This will be based at 10SC, London. The salary on offer is from £70,000 plus car allowance and bonus eligibility. This will be a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

About the role:

The Business Change and Transformation Manager, reporting to the Project Delivery and Transformation Lead, is responsible for preparing the organisation for the impact of changes delivered by projects. Acting as a bridge between project teams and business users, the role ensures that activities are planned and executed to enable the organisation to implement agreed changes and realise the intended benefits. This role involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies to implement change, and manage the transition process. It requires managing projects, leading a team, and ensuring smooth and effective change implementation. The role also ensures the organisation adapts to new challenges and opportunities, remaining competitive in a rapidly evolving environment.

What you will bring to the role:

Providing direction and guidance to team, and support development of others and leading Business Change activities across the portfolio.
Participating in both executive-level planning sessions and overall strategic planning sessions to better understand how individual projects can meet the needs of the organisation and establish a unified organisational vision.
Identifying and analysing the need for change within the business, including the development of business cases and impact assessments.
Developing and implementing change management plans, including communication strategies and stakeholder engagement activities.
Leading the business change management activity and work with the project manager to deliver the business case benefits and outcomes.
Assessing and understanding the impact on stakeholders to improve the likelihood of their adoption of the change.
Providing guidance and support to business leaders and stakeholders throughout the change process, including training and coaching on change management principles and practices.
Identifying, qualifying, and updating the business readiness criteria before implementation.
Conducting impact assessments and risk analyses to identify potential issues and develop mitigation plans.
Leading in the 'approve/refuse' go-live decision with the Project Manager, business and end users.
Communicating change initiatives to stakeholders and managing resistance to change.
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change initiatives and making adjustments as necessary.
