About the role

Are you a technology leader who is passionate about building high-performing teams, modern platforms and resilient digital services that make a real difference?

At Motor Insurers' Bureau (MIB), we're on an ambitious transformation journey, and we're looking for a Head of Cloud & Infrastructure to shape and lead the technology foundations that support our critical services. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands-on influence, driving the evolution of our cloud, infrastructure and workplace technology capabilities while enabling innovation across the organisation.

You'll own the strategy, governance and continuous improvement of our Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 Copilot, ensuring our platforms remain resilient, well-governed and ready to support MIB's future ambitions.

Working closely with Technology, Data and AI teams, you'll help establish the digital foundations that enable MIB to become increasingly data-driven, customer-focused and innovative. This is an opportunity to drive meaningful change, influence technology strategy at an organisational level and build a culture of operational excellence, collaboration and continuous improvement.

If you're excited by leading through transformation, developing talented teams and creating technology services that people can depend on every day, we'd love to hear from you.
