What experience is CGI looking for? 

The following is a brief guide to the experience relevant to the six priority areas: 

• Senior Java Developer: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices and secure, scalable application development. 

• Solution Architect: Azure solution architecture, technical leadership, stakeholder management and architecture governance. 

• User Researcher: Research for digital services, user insights, inclusive design and multidisciplinary working. 

• Service Designer: End-to-end digital service design, user journeys, stakeholder collaboration and research-led improvement. 

• Interaction Designer: Accessible digital design, user journeys, prototyping and GOV.UK design standards.
