Reporting to the Property and Senior Property Manager the ideal candidate will be responsible for all aspects of leasehold management and building positive working relationships. Working to tight deadlines and being communicative and responsive are key skills for this role and working to achieve the company’s vision and goals.
A good working knowledge of leasehold Law would be an advantage.
IRPM membership and training will be provided
Salary: £32,000-£38,000

Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact for leaseholders, residents and contractors, answering queries via phone, email, and property portals.
Providing direct administrative assistance to the Property Management team.
Triaging and coordinating any high level leasehold maintenance issues which can’t be handled by the facilities team.
Working with the accounts team and block managers in preparing client updates ahead of monthly meetings.
Review and manage maintenance and identify preventative maintenance measures.
Conduct regular property visits, log maintenance issues, and support health, fire, and safety compliance audits.
Undertake regular leaseholder liaisons and attend meetings.
Assist in the administration of licenses and consents for assignments, sublets and alterations.
Help administer buildings insurance claims, complete leasehold property enquiry forms (LPE1), and assist with Section 20 major works consultations.
Assisting in managing covenant breaches.
Integrating new instructions into the portfolio.
