Job title: Graduate Electronic Systems Systems Engineer Location: Rochester (Kent). We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – however for this role you will be expected to attend your site 3-4 days per week. Role description Graduate Systems Engineers will be part of the collaborative development and supply of products across a diverse mix of commercial and military platforms; Head Up and Head Worn Displays, Safety Critical Pilot Controls, Airborne Control Systems, Maritime Control Systems and Vehicle Control Systems. We encourage our Graduate Systems Engineers to gain a breadth of knowledge across these domains. Core duties • Contributing to system development using a Model Based Engineering (MBE) approach. The Electronics Systems Team Delivering world leading controls and display solutions for more than 70 years, the workforce is at the forefront of exciting electronic technologies, including the Striker II Helmet, active control sticks and flight control computers. These restrictions mean that factors such as your nationality, any nationalities you may have previously held, and your place of birth can restrict the roles you are eligible to perform within the organisation. All applicants must as a minimum achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard. Many roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting where applicants must typically have 5 to 10 years of continuous residency in the UK depending on the vetting level required for the role, to allow for meaningful security vetting checks. |

As a minimum requirement you must have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2:2 Bachelor’s degree or a pass at Master’s level in the following subjects: Any STEM subject. |
