Responsibilities
· Component Maintenance including strip & surveying of assets, inspections, repairs, overhauls and modifications
· Conducting Standard Serviceability Tests on a combination of both hydraulic and pneumatic system components
· Maintaining good engineering practices with regards to compliance with RSAF Technical Orders
· Ensures strict tool control is carried out in accordance with tool control procedures
· Ensuring all industrial equipment (test rigs) used specifically within the Pneudraulics Bay is adequately maintained and utilsed accordingly
· Managing and reporting all spare part requirements using the GoldESP system or similar platform; pro-actively bringing the requirements to the attention of BAESAI of any “Nil-Stock” or “low balance” items
· Carry out TCTO’s and Special Inspections when directed
· Imperative that individuals are receptive to and work closely with BAESAI, striving to complete all directed tasks to ensure immediate asset availability from shelf-stock
· Responsible for reporting and encouraging expedient Error Management Reporting, addressing or highlighting any safety concerns and failings immediately
· Identify and execute opportunities to improve and enhance the delivery of the TSS service and encourage a Continuous Improvement culture.

· Leave usage in accordance with company policy
Job Requirements:
· Essential:
· A recognised qualification to NVQ3/ONC/OND/BTEC level in a relevant technical discipline, or a technical apprenticeship, or suitable equivalent technical qualification acceptable to M&CA
OR
· Part 66 licensed (current or lapsed), or suitable equivalent technical license acceptable to M&CA
· Relevant type training (Q Course) and specific training if required
· Saudi Council of Engineering (SCE) Registration
· Have at least 5 years post qualification practical maintenance experience within operational flying aircraft environment supported by formal recorded workplace applied related training OR 3 years on same aircraft type OR successful completion of BAESSA apprenticeship programme (SNTTP/ TSNTTP)
· Demonstrate knowledge / understanding of aircraft maintenance and engineering
· Understanding and application of human factors, error management, health & safety and proactive hazard analysis, appropriate to the role
· Desirable:
· Broad Aerospace and Defence company / industry knowledge
· Understand and use Maintenance GoldESP system or similar platform
· Be fully conversant with the interpretation of technical diagrams and
Documentation.
