Requirements for our Support Workers:

- Patient, resilient and emotionally aware

- Committed to making a difference, even on the tough days
- Able to see beyond behaviour and understand the "why" behind it
- Fully flexible and able to work and travel across the North East
- In possession of a Full UK Driving licence and right to work in the UK (we are not able to offer sponsorship)

Requirements for our Support Workers:

Experience working with young people is helpful, but not essential as we'll give you the tools you need to succeed in your career with us.
