As a Associate Lecturer – ESOL, you will play a role in the success of our students through:
·Teaching & Learning Delivery - Plan and deliver effective teaching, learning and assessment programmes for both groups and individual learners.
·Engaging Learning Environment - Create a stimulating and inclusive learning experience using a variety of teaching strategies, resources and digital learning technologies (ILT).
·Student Progress & Support - Monitor, track and report on learner progress, working closely with tutors and support teams to maximise achievement and development.
·Assessment & Quality Assurance - Assess, mark and moderate ESOL learner work, ensuring compliance with qualification standards and awarding body requirements.
·Learning Administration & Coordination - Manage learning processes and complete curriculum-related administrative tasks to ensure effective programme delivery and student support.

What is an Associate?
Associates work on a short term basis as assigned. They teach or provide support services and they work with and are supported by core staff. As an Associate you will be issued with an Associate agreement, under this Agreement period you will be eligible to work on assignments offered to you. Typically an agreement runs from January to December and may be renewed thereafter.
