Lysander House is a Retirement Living PLUS development comprises of a mix one and two bedroom retirement apartments. Exclusive to the over 70s, it has some outstanding communal facilities, communal lounge and on-site restaurant.
You will be working a mix of early shifts, and late shifts, including alternate weekends.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting residents with daily domestic tasks like appointments, light cleaning, laundry and shopping
- Assisting with social activities and wellbeing routines
- Promoting independence, dignity, and community engagement
- Supporting with individual care packages
What We Offer:
- £14.12 per hour – £15.42 (depending on shifts)
- Fully paid training – Get qualified with funded Level 2 or 3 in Adult Care

Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred,
- Qualification: Preferably Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
- Personality: Caring, dependable, and passionate about supporting older adults
- Location: Living within commuting distance of the development.
