As an Article Data Administrator, you will:
Manage the timely and accurate creation and maintenance of Boots products, ensuring data meets our high standards.
Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive performance.
Support and coach customers with data requirement queries, enhancing their experience.
Produce team and customer KPI reports, providing insights into volumes and rework.
Drive process improvements to simplify operations and enhance efficiency.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
A positive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Experience in data management or a similar role.
