Location & Work Hours

London OR Newbury + Hybrid.Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits.Full time 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday.Hybrid working: 2 3 days in office each week, at least 8 days per month.

Role Overview

You will help shape the future of the UK's largest mobile network, driving transformation, ensuring investments deliver value, and providing insights to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage compelling business cases that support transformation initiatives
  • Provide insight to help prioritise investments and shape strategic decisions
  • Track and report value delivery against agreed financial and operational targets
  • Identify risks to value delivery and drive mitigation actions to keep programmes on track
  • Deliver clear, structured reporting and insights to senior stakeholders
  • Define and maintain robust value tracking frameworks and methodologies
  • Create performance dashboards and reporting that enable leadership visibility
  • Collaborate with Business Operations and Finance teams to ensure alignment on targets and outcomes
  • Support quarterly performance and value review cycles, ensuring transparency and accountability
Qualifications
  • Strong experience in financial analysis, business case development, and performance management
  • Comfortable tracking and validating financial and operational benefits across complex programmes
  • Advanced data analysis skills (e.g. Excel, financial modelling, performance reporting)
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of cost drivers and value levers within service operations
  • Ability to work closely with Finance and business stakeholders to align on targets and performance
  • Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence senior decision making
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in analysis and reporting
  • Understanding of the telecoms industry and its market dynamics (consulting experience is a plus)
