Role Description:

The Construction Coordinator will support the Construction Manager by coordinating and organising production activities so that manufacturing, assembly and installation work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with project, design, quality and customer requirements.

Core Duties:

  • Support the Construction Manager in delivering project outputs in line with the approved plan
  • Organise and coordinate production activities and tasks for assigned projects
  • Ensure all manufacturing, production, assembly and installation work meets safety, design, quality and customer requirements
  • Coordinate and de-conflict production activities in accordance with the Construction POD
  • Facilitate timely resolution of production issues to minimise schedule delays
  • Review performance data and conduct root cause analysis with the performance team
  • Support IWT Managers with Control Account and Contract Master Schedule reporting obligations

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrated site‑based experience within operational or construction environments
  • Engineering experience relevant to production, manufacturing or project delivery
  • Exposure to complex or large‑scale projects, including coordination across multiple stakeholders
  • Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain
  • Eligibility to be cleared for International Traffic In Arms (ITAR) regulations
