Role Description:

As the Change Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination and integration of design changes, adhering to schedule and program objectives to optimise business performance. This role is pivotal to maintaining positive relationships with internal stakeholders while contributing effectively to the design change team.

Core Duties:

  • Ensure that change sentenced through the change boards is captured, distributed, planned, coordinated and processed efficiently and effectively
  • Capture the progress of change, through analysis and reporting
  • Support the delivery of an overall standardised and repeatable Project Change process across all stakeholders
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on the change management framework to enable a standardised and consistent application of change processes
  • Work closely with stakeholders to enable the effective control of change across the program (including Detailed Design, Program Management and Operations departments)
  • Maintain and enhance the program change metrics and reporting
  • Coordinate change priorities among discipline leads
  • Attend and Chair change coordination meetings and monitor delivery schedules as required
  • Support the Project Management function to develop and maintain accurate reports, metrics and records
  • Other support to the team as required

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills required, both written and verbal
  • Team orientated with a lean in approach
  • Excellent time management skills and be a motivated self-starter with
  • High attention to detail
  • Organisational and problem-solving skills
  • An ability to work and liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • A flexible and can do attitude
  • Computer literacy, with intermediate knowledge of MS Suite, specifically Word and Excel. Familiarity with tools like SharePoint and Oracle is desirable
  • Ability to hold and maintain Government Security Clearance
