We are looking for an apprentice wanting to gain a qualification whilst working. This is an excellent opportunity to qualify as Level 3 Early Years Educator, enhancing previous experience or starting out on a new career path.

We work in partnership with Hawk Training and Parenta to provide a comprehensive apprentice programme to our staff. Most of our staff is eligible for a funded apprenticeship programme, and our Seahorse sponsorship programme is in place for those not eligible for funding. Our managers and education officer will support you throughout your learning, and you will be able to gain valuable hands-on experience. You will also be able to develop your leadership skills with our POD system and boost your confidence with our Key Person system.
