Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join our finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in finance, accounting, or financial analysis, as well as supporting with day-to-day financial operations, assist with reporting, and gain hands-on experience across various finance functions.
Location: Teddington
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Hours: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Support month-end and year-end closing processes
Analyse financial data and identify trends or discrepancies
Help manage accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and financial records
Assist with audits and compliance requirements
Assist with processing payroll and providing analytical insights into trends
Maintain accurate financial documentation and records
Collaborate with other departments to support business decisions
Use financial software and Excel for data analysis and reporting
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables preferred)
Good understanding of basic accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to learn and develop professionally, working to towards CIMA or ACCA qualification
