We’re looking for a Regional Maintenance & Repair Technician to join our Facilities team, supporting our centres across the Central London region. This is a field-based role covering South London/Kent, so a full UK driving licence is essential.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our childcare centres remain safe, secure, well-maintained, and welcoming. From general repairs to maintaining the external appearance of buildings and grounds, your work will directly support our teams in delivering high-quality childcare environments.
This role is ideal for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys variety, independence, and working across multiple sites.

Role Responsibilities:Responsibilities
Experience
Experience in a maintenance, facilities, or handyman role
Ability to carry out general repairs including basic plumbing, carpentry, lighting, and furniture fixes
Confident maintaining indoor and outdoor areas, including minor grounds work
Able to identify maintenance issues and respond to both planned and reactive tasks
Good understanding of health & safety and working to procedures
Comfortable working independently across multiple sites and supporting team members when needed
Full UK driving licence and responsible use of a company vehicle
