OTE £56,250 - up to £45,000 base salary with up to 25% performance‑related bonus

🧩 What You’ll Do

• Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding childcare

• Drive quality and continuous improvement across the nursery

• Embed and champion our BeeCurious curriculum, ensuring rich, child‑led learning experiences

• Ensure full compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and Ofsted standards

• Manage budgets and resources effectively

• Build strong, positive relationships with families and staff

• Support staff development and wellbeing, helping your team grow

❤️ About You

• Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
• Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Passionate about delivering outstanding childcare
