*Duties*
* Assist the dentist during examinations and dental procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared in advance.
* Provide exceptional patient care by reassuring patients, explaining procedures, and addressing any concerns they may have.
* Maintain accurate patient records and update information as required using IT systems.
* Ensure all dental equipment is sterilised and maintained according to health and safety regulations.
* Manage appointment scheduling and follow-up calls to ensure patient satisfaction and continuity of care.
* Support the dental team in maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
* Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge within the field of dentistry.
*Qualifications*
* Relevant qualifications in Dental Nursing or equivalent experience.
* Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* A genuine passion for patient care and a commitment to providing high standards of service.
* Familiarity with IT systems used in dental practices is advantageous but not essential.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
