Salary: £47,271.00+ dependent on experience

What you’ll be doing:

You will lead and develop high performing teams, including managing direct reports and/or assembling teams to support key activities, as well as provide mentorship whilst supporting with professional development and growth. You will be building strong stakeholder relationships by effectively influencing internal teams, clients, suppliers, and partners as well as overseeing cost tracking and expenditure aspects, including coordinating the procurement of specialist services and resources.

You will manage third party service providers, ensuring the complete delivery of facilities management tasks on behalf of the business. There will be a requirement to act swiftly in response to emergencies or urgent issues, taking appropriate action and managing outcomes.

Core duties:

  • You will hold a qualification within either Project Management, or Facilities Management. Or have gained an equivalent credential such as an IWFM or Facilities Management diploma
  • You will have demonstrable people management experience gained
  • You will hold previous experience of working in the nuclear, construction, waste‑management or similar sector

The Site & Facilities Area Landlord Management Team (Zone D):

Here in our growing, high performing team, we are delivering facilities management across diverse buildings; ensuring of safe, compliant tenant spaces. We support facility responsibilities, drive compliance through improvement projects and provide FM expertise to office and production environments, including work with the Nuclear Build team as required. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria
