Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

o Manage high volume data and perform analysis and quality check as per agreed process guidelines

o QC and Reconciliation Ticket resolution in line with SLAs

o Management Reporting

o Support Senior Resources during peak exam sessions

o Using RM products & platforms to investigate issues and communicate with internal/external customers

Experience:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

 

o Capability to work from home (laptop will be provided but at least one additional monitor essential)

o Good Communication skills- Written & Oral

o Basic MS Office Knowledge

o Experience of working in teams but also comfortable managing individual tasks/targets

o Time Management Skills

o Interpersonal skills

o Capable of exercising ethical judgement and integrity.

o Proactive approach to managing workload

 

DESIRED SKILLS:

o Previous experience in an Operations environment

o Proficient with basic computer/ laptop hardware and software
