Room Manager - Odyssey – Marylebone, London
Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum
Odyssey, is a global award‑winning preschool brand. Our first UK campus opened in Marylebone in April 2025, offering a premium early years environment with state‑of‑the‑art facilities and a research‑led curriculum.
We are looking for an experienced Room Manager to lead our pre‑school room and ensure exceptional standards of care and education.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team to deliver high‑quality early years practice
- Plan and deliver activities aligned with EYFS and Reggio Emilia principles
- Oversee daily routines and maintain a safe, nurturing environment
- Build strong relationships with families and maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding and health and safety requirements
- Mentor and develop practitioners within the room
- Create and manage an engaging learning environment
Requirements
- Level 3+ Early Years qualification
- Experience leading a room in an early years setting
- Strong knowledge of child development and best practice
- Confident leadership and communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and committed to high‑quality provision
- Experience mentoring or supporting a team
