Lead the Occupational Therapy service, shape strategic direction, contribute to senior management decision-making, and develop staff using our OT Competency Framework — all with the backing of a collaborative senior team dedicated to supporting your growth and confidence.
*Your Role*
* Manage a specialist caseload of children with complex neurodevelopmental needs
* Model expert clinical reasoning within a transdisciplinary approach
* Embed OT practice into curriculum and daily routines
* Support families through collaborative, strengths-based goal-setting
* Drive clinical governance, quality improvement and evidence-based practice
*What You Bring*
* HCPC registered OT with strong paediatric experience
* Advanced skills in sensory processing, postural management, equipment and participation frameworks
* Confident, compassionate leadership
