About the Role

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you bring additional skills and confidence to the classroom, often leading lessons, supporting teachers, and helping pupils progress. What You Will Do

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working as a TA with HLTA status or equivalent experience.
  
  

• Confidence in leading lessons and managing classrooms.
  
  

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
