What You Will Do

As an LSA, you may:

• Provide one to one or small group support for pupils with additional needs.
  
  

• Help children to stay focused and engaged during lessons.
  
  

• Work closely with teachers to adapt resources and learning activities.
  
  

• Play an important part in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  
  

This role is perfect for experienced LSAs as well as those who have worked with young people in other settings and want to build their career in education.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting children or young people (classroom experience preferred but not essential).
  
  

• Patience, empathy and a positive attitude.
  
  

• The ability to adapt to different needs and situations.
  
  

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
