About the role We have an exciting opportunity available for a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team at the BMW MINI Contact Centre where support, incentives, and fun still remains a key aspect of the working day. This role will be based at our head office as a full-time position. Situated at our Head office near Fosse Park, Leicester, the Contact Centre team will be responsible for handling numerous customer queries ranging from customers looking to secure a booking for repair work on their vehicles to customers requesting for costs on servicing. Working hours are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays. About you You will be customer focused, target driven, a team player and always aiming to be the best.
