Job Title: Medical Administrator
Location: One Central Park Northampton Road Manchester M40 5BP
Hours: Full Time (Temporary)
What you’ll be responsible for:
· Undertake audio/copy typing/administrative duties, including minute taking as required, clinical letters, reports.
· Provide admin support to the clinical team in relation to care plans and clinical correspondence.
· Dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail, processing, distributing and responding within limits
· Dealing efficiently, precisely and courteously with telephone caller.
· To provide a supervisory role to receptionist and apprentice if required this will not include sickness or absence or performance management.
· Typing of correspondence, reports etc, amending the format and grammar as necessary within the PARIS computerised system.
· Develop an understanding of the patient record system (PARIS) and have responsibility for maintaining data quality.
