Receptionist
Location: Greater Manchester Mental Health Hospital, Laureate House M23 9LT
Hours: Part Time 20 hours PW (Temporary)
What you’ll be responsible for:
· Dealing efficiently, precisely and courteously with telephone callers.
· Being the first line of telephone contact to all service users, carers/relatives, displaying a warm, friendly, and helpful attitude at all times. This will include receiving referrals and arranging appointments, updating this on the EPR system.
· Dealing with all incoming and outgoing mail, processing, distributing and responding within limits. Responsibility for directly receiving service users, checking all patients’ demographic details are complete and updated on the EPR system to support with quality improvement and performance across the team.
· Responsible for transferring of all calls to relevant staff, taking and processing of messages timely and efficiently.
