We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented   Administrator   to support our vibrant  Wheatley Place   community in   Shirley, West Midlands.   This role is central to delivering exceptional service and seamless support alongside our Registered Estate Manager.  Hourly Rate: £12.85 per hour  Hours: 15 hours per week, permanent contract, Monday to Friday.  Key Responsibilities:  Diary & Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for the Estate Manager and team.  Invoicing & Financial Administration: Prepare, issue, and track invoices using accounting software; manage petty cash and ensure accurate financial records.  Rostering & Scheduling: Oversee staff rotas, ensuring adequate coverage and compliance with staffing requirements.  Communication & Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and postal...
