ABOUT THE ROLE As a Head of Maintenance at a Barchester care home, you'll make sure we have a clean and well-maintained environment so that residents feel at home and staff can do their jobs well. Creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere is part of our commitment to delivering first-class care and support. You can expect plenty of variety as a Head of Maintenance with us.
