Ensure the development of required policies relating to IT Disaster Recovery, the update of existing policies and standards, ensuring that they align across stakeholder's and partner programs. Lead the continued development and delivery of the Disaster Recovery (DR) program and support wider Operational Resilience workstreams to ensure alignment and enable technology teams to develop a deeper customer centric posture in managing disruptions.
