About the role Senior Legal Counsel, Employment at Centrica provides commercially focused, risk-based specialist employment advice to all UK and Ireland business units and group functions across the Centrica group. This position reports to the Head of Legal, Employment and supports a junior team member. Location Windsor office (twice weekly until December 2026) and Reading office (from December 2026) with flexible first working arrangements. Candidates must be comfortable commuting.
