This is an exciting time to join our Public Health team as a Public Health Practitioner for NHS Health Checks , where you'll play a key role in reducing inequalities in cardiovascular disease (CVD) prevention, early identification and management by increasing the uptake and quality of NHS Health Checks across Hampshire. Working as part of our wider CVD prevention programme, you'll support the development, delivery and continuous improvement of the NHS Health Checks Programme, supporting our ambition to reduce health inequalities and improve the health and wellbeing of local residents. This varied and rewarding role sits at the heart of collaborative public health working.
