We are recruiting experienced nursery nurses who have post qualification experience of working in community health settings or similar. The successful candidate will work as part of skilled mixed health visiting service undertaking developmental assessment and contributing to assessment of the needs of the child and family under the delegation of a health visitor or nurse. You will deliver health promotion sessions to individuals or groups of parents/carers. You will be part of the wider 0-19 service delivering the Healthy Child Programme 0-19.
