Air Export Clerk A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Air Export Clerk to join a well-established freight forwarding business based near Heathrow . Working within a busy export operations team, you will manage end-to-end air export shipments , ensuring all documentation, customs requirements and customer expectations are handled accurately whilst delivering an excellent level of service. Duties & Responsibilities of an Air Export Clerk Manage air export shipments from booking through to departure. Prepare and process export documentation, including Air Waybills (AWBs), House Air Waybills (HAWBs), customs declarations and shipping documentation . Complete export customs entries accurately and in accordance with HMRC regulations. Liaise with airlines, overseas agents, customers and transport providers to ensure the smooth movement of freight.
