Application Lead – ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM £42,000 | Remote (with occasional travel to Shoreham by Sea) About the Role We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Application Lead to own the strategy, development, and governance of our CMDB and CSDM module. You'll be the go-to subject matter expert within our ServiceNow platform team — shaping how configuration data is structured, integrated, and used across the business. This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you'll work closely with business stakeholders, internal teams, and our external ServiceNow partner to drive platform maturity and deliver real business value.
