We're looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our Neath Port Talbot Hospital contract. Location: Neath Port Talbot - On site working Contract : Permanent - Full Time What will you be responsible for? As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll be working within the FM team, supporting them in planned and reactive maintenance across the Hospital. Your day to day will include: Various PPM tasks including, but not limited to, tap testing, flushing & fixing, legionella tests, pump/compressor fault diagnosis, assessing plant equipment, fire alarm, emergency lighting, fuses, desk management, HVAC, AHU's & compressor maintenance.
