Overview Quality Lead Berkeley Gardens Specialist Care Home, Ellesmere Road, Pemberton, Wigan. We are looking for someone for a new role as Quality Lead within Berkeley Gardens Specialist Care Home. This role is to drive quality in the home and lead on people achieving their goals within their bespoke care. The home is rated Good with CQC and has a large staff team. The role will be supported by a team including the home manager, clinical lead nurses, staff nurses, support staff and the activity team. The successful candidate will have a motivation and positive attitude to drive forward outstanding care and strengthen community connections in the home.
