Location: Nottingham, Full-Time Contract: 12 month FTC Recruitment Partner : Shannon Linton Overview: The In-Store Creative Design Manager is responsible for creating engaging, functional and brand aligned retail environments that enhance the customer experience and drives commercial performance by format. The role translates brand strategy and customer insight into physical spaces, ensuring consistency across formats, whilst also considering local market needs. Role Responsibilities: • Translating brand identity and guidelines into design solutions. • Translation of creative intents into communication, merchandising, layout and design development briefs. • Review of creative design drawings, also including plans, elevations, fixtures and fittings. • Collaborating with both internal external resources to deliver practical design within budget.
